Unlimited nutrition app access to access your plan anywhere and anytime
In app Educational resources to become an expert in your own journey

Premium (Nutrition & Training)
For women who want full accountability with personalised nutrition and a structured training plan to get stronger & optimise performance.
Includes everything in Essentials, plus;
Monthly 30min coaching call
Training plan (gym or home based)
